iOS 5.1, iPhone 4S, runtastic pro 2.8.1
Since the latest upgrade, the distance tracking hasn't been working any longer. This makes impossible to track your activities.
Thank you very much for fixing it.

Hi Alessandro,
Sorry to hear this. Please try this:
Go to Settings - General - Location Services - GPS needs to be enabled to make sure everything works. Also: make sure it is enabled for runtastic. Please reboot your iPhone afterwards.
If that does not help I would suggest reinstalling the app.
Let us know if this helps.
Best,

I've done everything you have suggested, but the problem is still there. please have a look at the last three workouts in my profiles: three different trackings for the same route. Be aware that the track is about 7 km.
Thanks a lot. -

Hello Alessandro,
thanks a lot for your message. We are sorry to see this. May I ask if you have green GPS when you start your session?

Yes it was green. And the start position locked by the GPS in the map look to be accurate, as well as the end position.

Hello Alessandro,
thanks a lot for your message. Butin between you had inaccuracies? Could you please provide a link to the session?
Thanks and best

Below you find the last four workouts, all of them on the same route of about 7km. For each of them the distance measured by runtastic pro is different and obviously wrong.
Thanks a lot and regards.

Hi Alessandro,
I saw it's tracking 9km and I looked it up and yes it's around 7km. I've sent this to our iPhone team for review.

Hi Alessandro,
Yes we see the GPS signal bouncing around a lot and that is causing a problem. We are working on a fix for this.
In the meantime, please make sure there are no devices or materials that could adversely affect your signal.
Best,
Josh -
